It's hard to believe that I lived here for almost 26 years and - in contrast to the rest of my family: D - wasn't even able to eat schnitzel in the "beautiful view": o But exactly on my 26th birthday it was time to support one of our local bars in the crisis situation and pick up the birthday dinner there with the closest family ... First of all: Unfortunately there is no wheelchair accessible entrance. The entrance door can only be reached via two stairs and, in my estimation, unfortunately not wide enough to easily drive through with a wheelchair ... Usually the pub is always well attended ... You can take a seat indoors at the bar counter or in small seating niches, or in summer enjoy the incomparably beautiful view from which the pub is called. Across orchards and fields to distant Frankfurt. The bar is run by Roland Keller and his wife alone. There are no staff here other than the two. In order to avoid social contacts, we first called there to ask what was on the menu ... within a very short time a picture of the menu was sent to us via WhatsApp ... With ten different types of chips, the selection is really big! There is bread with every dish. French fries, fried potatoes with onions and caraway seeds or a small mixed salad plate can also be selected as a side dish ... Due to the current situation, a pick-up and delivery service is currently available ... We decided to pick it up! The prices of the dishes are perfectly reasonable. Payment continues to be made exclusively in cash. In terms of taste, the schnitzel was a pleasure and each of us was more than satisfied. Will definitely eat schnitzel there again: D

We strapped today in Ruppsch (Mantrailing - one knows of the rescue dog squadron). Since it is now quite cold, I thought, great place for my hiding place. :-) and as a "reward" there was delicious Schnitzel for the hiding place and me. The economy is highly recommended! Very nice and friendly service, the Schnitzel with fried potatoes were very good and the portion neat. Price-performance absolutely top! We are looking forward to the next time!
